1994 60 hp oil injected

Recently Purchased Used Boat With 60hp Outboard.boat Has Not Been Used In 3 Years.when I Started The Motor It Ran Rough For About 15 Seconds And Would Not Restart.opened Cowling And Seen That Gas Was Coming Out Of What Looked Like Jet On The Second Carb.i Have Never Seen This Before Any Ideas?

Your carbs are varnished up; take them off, clean them, and put in new carb kits...may have them on this site under "Boat Motor Parts". While shopping get a new water pump repair kit which contains a new impeller which probably has taken a "set" from sitting and needs replacement as a result. Might as well get a service manual while you are at it which tells you how to do both jobs.
