1994 90 hp sport jet

Hey all I am new here and I hope this is the right place
I just picked up a 1994 Sea Ray Searayder with a 90 hp
sport jet motor It is a sweet little boat 13.6 long, the hull and interior is
mint but the motor is lacking it will run 37 mph with me at 250lb in it
runs good at WOT but starts hard
I ran a compression test today and #1 is low 2&3 are fine
looks like I am going to have to rebuild this motor
any heads up would be great and where is the best place to get parts

Pretty straight forward process mate. I just broke my 2 stroke rebuild cherry on a 92 90hp.
Lots of info if u search, plus a handful of guys on here that do them with their eyes closed always on hand to help.
