1994 evinrude head bolt torque specs please help

replaced the head gasket and Need to know the torque specs for the 6 head bolts. Could not find much info on these motors. One place said 10-12 foot pounds but man that seems low. Any help is greatly appreciated .

That sounds about right (I don't know the exact spec). The cylinder head on my 6 hp (60 - 80 inch pounds) and my 9.9 are both low like that. I think it may have to do with that there are no moving parts (valves, rocker arms, springs, etc) in the heads.

The info is in the OEM manual for that motor, best $30- you would ever spend.
To be certain, you'll have to hope that someone reading this has the same model motor as you, which also would require you to tell us that piece of info....unless it is a state secret....
Otherwise, you and we are just guessing.
