Hello all: I just puchaced a 1994 17' bayliner with a 120 force outboard. The boat and motor look and run great. The prop is a stainless 19", and WOT is about 5400 rpm. When I pulled the prop off to replace the impellor, I noticed the thrust washer was not quite contacting the splines on the shaft, like the prop was a little to long. Will the mercury outboard props fit this Force?

Thanks Dave-R

Speaking generically;
The thrust washer is under the prop and perhaps it's too thick keeping the lock washer from contacting the splines. But I don't know how the Force lack washer fits.
I believe the 94 may share the Merc gearcase.If you look up props for each here
the sku numbers may match.

A lot of small gearcase (4inch) Mercury props will fit although many non stock props will not fit quite correctly on the shaft. It does not necessarily mean they can not be used. As long as the nylock portion of the prop nut is locking on the shaft threads or you can use the Mercury lock washer, you will be OK.
