First of all thanks a million times over to all the folks who have helped me get back out on the water un-benounced to them.

I bought my 3rd boat with delusions of grandure and cold beers.

Now I am enjoying the real fun of boating. (Breating on my knuckles and wallet)
Basically my jet boat will not plane. (Water and sludge on plugs)

New:
Exhaust Manifold (Also patched up so corrosion chunks out of block and manifold used great stuff rtv and new gasket)
New fuel diaphram rebuild
New primer bulb, lines, water fuel seperator
Cleaned all carbs (all the way and everything looked good)
New themostat (The old one was shot and warped the head)
Planed heads and new head gasket (Block looks straight)
New threads on the hard to get to bolt on the on the block. (Sweet place to strip some threads)

Now she is all back together and she stalls and runs rough, also a little water comming out externally on head gasket.
(Water is from not RTVing the plate on the head easy fix)

Here is the super fun part, I take the heads off and there is a ton of sludge everywhere.

Basically when the exhaust manifold and thermostat died it spit a ton of fun salty oily, watery action all up in my block thanks that was very kind.

Now my question is what the heck does a broke brother do now? (Tequila, cigar, bang my rattle???)

I am thinking take exhaust manifold off so I can see the pistons and pressure wash or vaccum out all this sludge???
I am not sure but I would have to assume this super fun sludge is in the crank case.

(It got in there from the water jacket that shrouds the cylinders via a shot gasket)

How the heck do I get this crap out of here? I can turn the pistons and pump out a little at a time.
I am honestly thinking about getting a small hose and a shop vac getting as much as possible out where I can then pressure washing the thing the best I can then putting seafoam directly in it after the fuel pump then marvel mystery to re-lube?

Should I just take the manifold off agian so I can kind of see into the chambers?

Thanks in advance for your help any ideas will be a god send!

Here is the page out of the manual that shows the guts of the block.

Do you think it's in the crank case?
I figure it has water (Salty) in it any way whats a little more?
Maybee force all that crap out of the exhaust port?
