1994 Four Winns 14" won't start

This boat was winterized last fall and has been sitting ever since. It will crank over just fine but will not start. Is there some kind of De-winterizing that needs to be done before starting it? I tried starting it in my drive way but am also concerned about firing it up when it is not in the water.

Advice would be appreciated. The previous owner said it ran perfectly before it was winterized and stored.

Never mind...I got it started. I notice that I don't have a working blower motor in the engine compartment. I hope it is just a fuse!

probably not. It is an OMC 115 jet drive. I dont think you can run these in dry dock.....can you?
