1994 SportJet 90 with Water in #3

Found a ton of water in #3 cylinder. Where are the common problems with water injestion with these motors?<br /><br />What gaskets need to be replaced or what other areas do water enter the cylinder?

A Sport Jet 90 is a basically an outboard motor. It is a Force Powerhead with Mercury ignition.<br /><br />You probably have a blown head gasket.<br /><br />Pull the powerhead out of the boat (its pretty easy), and pull the head off.<br /><br />Ken
