We have just finished a rebuild of a 1994 OMC 115. When we initially took everything apart, we broke a little brass T connector. Apparently some of the hoses connecting to the T connector were discarded.

Anyway, we have a short 4" piece coming from the block off a 1/16" nozzle. The nozzle is located under the throttle linkages near the terminal strip. From here we know it goes into a T connector, which we don't have. From the other two ends of the T connector we are CLUELESS. I cannot find any other nozzles for it to connect to! I have looked through every page of the Clymers manual, but there are no hose diagrams or any pictures that show where the hose goes.

Can anyone help? You guys are my only hope! I'll be glad to provide as much info as you need!

Thanks in advance!

Those are the recirulaton lines. They is a hose routing drawing in the OMC manual. I also have a 1994 115 Johnson that I just rebuilt and am in the process of installing it.
If you will e mail me i will sent you a copy of the drawing. www. bruno@exp.net

Now you know why many of us recommend the OMC shop & parts manual specific for your motor.
