Sorry in advance guys...I'm sure it gets asked quite frequently, but I tried searching for a previous thread and couldn't find it.

Question: My motor isn't peeing a stream of water...looks more like a gentle rain sprinkle. Did this earlier in the year when I fished a shallow water tourney...Still runs fine, no alarms going off or anything. Temp stays down as well. Anything I could do to trouble shoot. The stream of water gives me peace of mind. Thanks

Welcome IMhooked!

Try running a piece of wire up the hole. Probably got a bit of debris in it.

Disconnect the tell/tale hose from where it exits the block fitting and clean out any silt or deposits from the fitting and hose that may be restricting flow.

If you undo the nut on the telltale nozzle and remove the nozzle, the remaining assembly has female threads for a std garden hose. Simply backflush with the motor OFF and then reassemble the nozzle. If the pump is good, you'll have a firehose stream.
Good luck

Thanks angus....that's the info I was looking for. Wire didn't do the trick.
