1995 15hp Johnson, parts left over

I had my engine rebuilt and am assembling a year later, but with three parts left over. Any ideas where they go would be appreciated. The little metal bushing was under the carb area and fell out when I tilted the engine, so it may have been there for decades. The big ring is a brown plastic, and the round gasket is cork.

Thanks Supreme, but do you mean part #34?
I've installed that, it has a small split and is a bit thinner than this ring.
I thought this ring should go somewhere in there, but don't see where.

Sorry---I can not work on your motor.----Or see these parts.-----I have more than 1 of these motors.----I only know of part #34 on these.
