1995 175HP Evin Opro Trim issue

Went thru the factory manual but I was disappointed with the lack of detail. My lowering has been intermittent since the start of the season and today just stopped working in the down mode. Works fine going up. Both the control switch and cowling switch work fine going up. looking for the relay location in the manual and couldn't find it. <br />Questions:<br /><br />1) Where are the relays (are there one or two relays)? Book refers to relay bracket??<br />2) Which is up and which is down (if two)?<br />3) Can they be swapped (if two)?<br />4) Any suggestions for the order from most common to least common for things to check and clean contacts for losing the down function?<br /><br />Thanks for any input......

Look on the powerhead for a flat plastic box about 3.5" X 5" with the cover held on by a screw at either edge. Take the cover off and there you will find the relays. Switch them around and if you now have down but not up then you have a bad relay.
