I have recently obtained a 1995 evinrude 28 hp jet drive in awesome condition, but it has no power drive , flywheel, starter etc. Where can I find one of these? And can I use a power head from a propeller motor of similar vintage?
I believe the 28 is the 40 horse evinrude or 35 horse evinrude prop, but with a jet drive, so the horse power goes down....yes you can use normal parts.
