1995 Carver 250 Tilt Question

I think I found the issue in the archives but, I was told not to post to that thread? so instead of typing it all again here is the link http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=218701

Basically I have to hit the Tilt and Trim together to get the motor to raise and I was wondering if that is normal or not?

You need to post what engine and outdrive you have, and some model or serial numbers to find your problem, that is NOT a Mercruiser trim pump.

I think I may have the same issue? if I hit both the tilt and trim buttons at the same time the motor will raise however there is no trailer button to push and I have a different boat 1995 Carver 250 here is a picture of a reservoir that looks low on fluid not sure what goes in there? i just bought this boat and trying to figure out the ins and outs the owner did not know very much about the boat hoping this link works right
