Re: 1995 Crownline 210 CCR Deck Repair
Took off yesterday and got a HUGE amount accomplished. The stringers are FINISHED at last!!! The foam is in for floatation, and the deck is in place. Only one portion is screwed down cuz... you guessed it, i ran out of stainless screws. I had to give myself a thumbs up for the work and my decided he would help too. All in all, a good day. The forecast doesn't look too goos for doing any glassing this weekend so i guess i'll work on the upholstery in my dads shop.
I need to do a little filleting to fill in the small gaps between deck sections and between the side of the hull and deck before i glass everything. Is there a "mixture" of something to make fillets out of poly resin? I've been using epoxy below deck and had filler for it but was going to fillet with poly topside because poly doesn't stick to epoxy... assuming it won't stick to epoxy fillets either.
