My 1995 Doral 270 has square plastic covers over the gauges. Does anyone know where I can get replacements?

You have square gauges?? I've never seen that in a 90's 270. Maybe post a pic or two.

The gauges are round, however the gauge covers are square. I broke the plastic cover over the synchronizer gauge.

Also note the starboard RPM gauge is not original. Any idea what the maker and model would be for replacement?

I believe the gauges were made by Faria. If you take out the ten screws that holds the whole gauge panel on, you can tilt it forward enought to get a look at the back of the gauge. If it's Faria, there should be a white label with the model number. Normally two letters followed by three or four numbers. They may have even made the square bezel around the gauge. Good luck.

The original equipment gauges in my 1990 Monticello are made by VDO. They look exactly like your pictures with the black faces and square bezels. Every gauge has the VDO logo in the bottom centre of the face.
