1995 evinrude 70hp crankcase tork value

good day
anyone know the tork value for a 1995 70hp crankcase?
this would be the bolts that hold the two halves together
it looks like my idle and wot stop bracket has been installed on the wrong bolts
its two bolts to high
which explains why i didnt have a wot stop or be able to set idle
that problem was addressed in another post

Main bearing bolts, 216-240 in.lbs. Crankcase flange screws, 60-84 in.lbs.
