1995 johnson 115 hp outboard motor

looking at one of these motors how are they any know problems with them or are they a good motor? its on a 25 ft pontoon boat. are they real thirsty on gas? thanks

It's a good motor. ALL outboards suck gas. You can figure on 11.5 gph @ WOT, less at lower power settings.

Actually, it will depend somewhat on the 115; crossflow or looper?
