i just unhooked all the cables and hooked car jumpers to the battery...sparked, but didnt turn, i guess theres a short...thats ok, someone is trading it out for a rebuilt starter i'll let ya know if it works.

hey guys, i got a rebuilt starter put on there, along with the solenoid that came with it, and it's starting right up! Thanks for all your help!
