i have a 1995 mercury 60 that suddenly started to misfire, i found one of the groundcables to a ignitioncoil loose and retightened it but the misfire is still there.
i have meassured resistance on the coil and the resistance on the primary coil should according to the manual be 0,02-0,04 Ohm and mine is 0,05, could this little difference be the source of problems or?

Hey.
CDI has a great ignition troubleshooting guide. Their manuals are available on line at their website.
I would check the coil input and output using a DVA and a peak hold DVM. Also try unplugging one spark plug at a time. Performance will drop even further by pulling a functional spark plug. The plug removal that DOES NOT change performance is the bad coil.
Get yourself to CDI.

the Switchbox have been exposed to a failured coil due to lack or intermittent grounded coil

jduzsa is correct to direct you to the CDI test procedure. If you dont do the tests any answer would only be a guess. If you are unable to do the tests then you must find someone who can. The alternative is to throw money at it.

got some data today, but i coudnt get DVA with my cheap multimeter, but tomorrow i have a Fluke that can handle this, one thing i found out is that the stators resitance is a bit high the red cable should have 75-90 Ohm and mine is 110, and the blue wire should have 3250-3650, mine have 3750, is this bad or?

another thing, when i meassured the incomming voltage from the CDM to the coils, i got at first a very hig number i guess, then fast it stabilized at 15 volt and the manual says atleast 150v is it the peak that should be 150v, or?
Another thing i tested was if there are any current on the Black/yellow killswitch, and when i release the start with the keys, i got up to 8v. on the killwire and that i suppose is not good at all
