1995 Suzuki DT15C coughing at idle

When at idle my Suzuki 15hp coughs/ stutters every few seconds. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. New carb. New fuel line and ball. Need an idea where to start looking

Don't think it's the carb. I just bought a brand new carb and put it on and still have the issue. Did it with the old carb as well. Any other suggestions

lean sneeze is what it sounds like.
maybe it is sucking air from where it should not

How would I go about fixing that? Sorry amateur hour
