Ok what next, compression tests all at 130, rebuilt carbs, new plugs, when running its real rough, did the old plug wire off test to see which one is not firing, found #3 not firing, no change when wire is off but it shocked the hell out of me swapped plugs no change put new igniter on cylinder no change swapped wires no change. I need a solution or some ideas I'll go through the lower carb again. Any idea folks? I'm fresh out of thoughts on this one.

Welcome to the forum.
Just a thought.
Does the fuel pump mount to cylinder #3, maybe a leaking diaphram flooding the cylinder?

No it's on the other side it's just like a 115 looper.
Thanks though

If the wire is sparking, but the cyl is dead-then it's not getting any fuel. When you had your carbs apart did you remove the high speed jet and visually inspect it for any debris? Bombardier makes a tool that can remove the jet without removing the carb...

I did not take the jets out I had the whole carb in an ultrasonic cleaner, I'll take the carb apart again and check it. Thank you so much for the response.

Well the simple things in life are sometimes the hardest. the fix was a new fuel primer solenoid, it was allowing fuel thru super rich black oily exhaust and loads of fuel out the plug holes when you crank it, just happens to be item 2 of troubleshooting list. item 1 was bad gas. Just wanted to report back to you guys it was stuck in a manner that would allow fuel to get thru.
