1996 150 johnson ocean runner

I have a 1996 johnson 150 ocean runner. I cant figure out whats wrong with it. It runs out of fuel unless you sit and pump the bulb every min. or two. I have rebuilt the fuel pump and replaced the fuel filter. any suggestions

Check the pulse hose from the engine to the fuel pump for leaks or even a hole.<br />Does the bulb get hard when you pump iy up before starting the engine??

yes it will pump up completly before you start it but gets soft after it runs .You can continue to pump the bulb and it will run

I'm gonna say it's either your pulse hose or your fuel pump is bad
