hi guys i have just purchased a 96 evinrude 15hp i got a really really good deal on it but now i am not thinking so i cant get the darn thing to idle at all the carb has been rebuilt and cleand and cleaned and cleaned the motor sounds great at higher rpm but at low rpm sounds almost as it is runing on one cylinder i was trying to adjust it lastnight so i left the air box of to make it easier to adjust and i noticed that after runing it each time there would be a little fuel in the carb that i could see and it almost looked milky or maybe just had alot of air in it i know the fuel i am using is good so i have no idea what to think anymore can anyone help please please any ideas would be greatly appreciated
