Next...... geez..... distributor has 1 plug into the right socket if looking from the front. Left socket is empty. Again referring to in cockpit looking at front of engine .
Typical seller not as honest as I am. Or most I'm thinking.
Reminder it runs starts good. Won't plane

This is what I didn't understand. Now that you posted a pic of the Dizzy it's a Delco EST (3rd pic)

The connectors showing would be from a EFI wiring harness. Could be the PO either used a EFI harness to replace the one on the motor, or the EFI components where removed and a carb installed.

How about a pic of the whole motor?
