hello, i am knew to this forum.
i just got back from being away on my little fishing boat. i noticed while i was fishing i had a trail of oil where ever i went.the trim and tilt ran fine though.when i got home i could not get the motor to the complete tilt up position.
i removed the locking screw on the side of the motor and replaced the o-ring. ( that was a night mare to get back on) i filled her with oil and tried removed the trailer bracket. the trim motor ran but the actual motor just lowered on its own. i can't get it to raise. if i manualy raise it, it will just come down on its own.
can any one help??
