I'm looking for a total of 6 new screw in plugs that are currently red plastic, with a square top and 3/8 inch thread, that seal the holes in top of the pontoons.

I had the same problem searching for those. Mine turned brittle and disentegrated before my eyes.
I couldn't find any and just ended up getting a 5/8 drill bit and drilling out the threads and used the compression drain plugs (5/8)

It has to have plugs, they are normally on the top of tube with one for each section, the tube needs to vented to weld it together, they are on there somewhere.

Plugs can be found at most all of the big box stores in the plumbing dept. If they don't have them plumbing supply companies & ACE hardware has them. They come in galvanized, brass & plastic. Mine are 1/2" standard pipe thread & I replaced the plastic ones with brass using Teflon tape to seal them.
