1996 Sea Rayder Won't Run

Hey everyone. I just recently bought a 96 Sea Rayder with the 120xr engine. The boat sat for roughly 2 years, so I emptied all the gas and cleaned the carbs. Checked over everything and it started right up to my surprise. So I took it to the boat ramp, started right up again and made it about 50ft out before it died. Now it will start sometimes and die after about 5-15 secs on avg. I decided to take a look at the ignition system. The spark is real weak. You can hardly see the spark. I am getting all the correct reading from the stator i think(137volts, not DVA) to the coils. When I tested the coils I got good readings from the plug wire to the neg terminal(1050ohms avg, supposed to be 900-1100ohms). I can't see it being the coils. It does have the "Red" stator. Can Anyone Help Me Out. I don't want to just sart throwin parts at it.

Also this boat only has 43hrs on it. If that helps at all.

I put it all back together today becuase the spark is small but still blue so i figure maybe i'm just being to picky. It starts right up again. So me and a buddy drive it down to the ramp and it starts and I let it idle for about 3 min and then back it off the trailor. I Idle out and give it more gas and it's acting fine. I go back to idle and it cuts off. I struggle to get it going again and make it the 50ft back to th dock. Where it won't stay running for more than a few seconds after each start until finally no start at all. Then I load it up and head back home(5min away) and I laugh and tell my buddy I bet she fires right up. Of course it does and I cut it off. I start it back up and rev it, it revs nice and then just dies at the end of the second rev. I'm starting to regret bying this POS. Can anybody Give me some pointers. I don't want to take it to a deal cuz I can't afford it right now.
