I have attached a pic of a hose that runs to my engine on my 96 Seadoo gti. I’m trying to figure out what this connection is for, possibly a flush port?3F6351D3-1CA8-4798-BD6B-80AE226811C8.jpeg

Yes. That would be part of a flush kit for flushing the engine after use. The kits usually come with a small hose that converts your garden hose to fit onto that port...

This is the inlet for that hose. Instead of me buying a flush kit could I just use my water hose and hold it up to that port for the time being? Can I turn my hose on full blast and put it up to that inlet or should it be lower pressure than my hose full blast?
