The engine runs fine in a barrel. On the lake it will run up to 1000 rpm and dies. I have rebuilt or replaced the impeller, carbs, fuel pump, filter, lines and bulb. After doing all that it wouldn't go over 1000 rpm for about 30 minutes on the lake then it ran at about 3000 rpm for about 30 minutes. I shut it down to fish and when I started it up it would not run over 1000 rpm again. Any ideas what to do now besides C4.
