Hi Ive had my 1996 wellcraft excell 23 w/a cuddy with the 200 mercury o/b for 4 years now and have only had to replace the cellenoid for the power trim and regular maintenance like filters and plugs and the water pump since I bought it. Other than that I have been very pleased with the boat overall besides getting a little wet when its choppy. Anyways now for my problem, I need to replace some things on the boat like the rear side plastic inserts that measure about 2x4 foot and the upholstry that lines the rear of the boat. I cant seem to find any stock parts for this boat, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That's cuz they don't really exist. Manufacturers don't stock parts for more than a couple years. Boats aren't like cars in that respect. The good news is that boats are generally made from fairly generic parts. So if you post pictures of what you're looking for, we can usually help you find something that will work or at least provide some fabrication ideas. Welcome to the forum. I've got a brother-in-law at the navy base up there.

If they are the same type plastic insert that were on my buddy's old Scarab, he took them to a body shop and had them refurbished.(sounds like it but a pic would help). Upholstry is either DIY or take it to a shop.
