HI? i have noticed water coming into the boat from the sides of the boat especially the right side. what is the problem and how can i fix this problem?

the hull of the boat doesn't go up in the air or lift up from the water when the boat is in full throttle and we experience a bumpy riding due to boat riding flat on water.

what is the maximum speed that a 120 HP engine can produce

There's no way for me to know where the water is coming in, however if it's riding low I would guess the foam is soaked and you're carrying several hundred pounds of water with you. If that much is coming in you must have some major leak somewhere and I strongly suggest you get it looked at by a reputable marina before using it again.
I would guess a 120 should push a Capri to the mid 30's mph.
