I keep getting quite a bit of water in motor well but no leaks on motor or hoses. If it is hooked up to muffs and run no water, but run it in the water and motor sump gets pretty full. Cant find where the water is coming in?

couple of possabilities:
main bellows cracked/ripped. water enters thru a vent hole just above the inputshaft behind the motor
shift cable bellows torn, water enters to the lower right of the inputshaft where the shift cable enters
exaust Y pipe rotted, water seen/heard trickling in under the motor at the transom area.

I wasn't sure what you were describing at first. Just to help keep things clear in the future, the "motor well" or sump is called the bilge. ;-)
