1997 EVINRUDE 175 NO SPARK

No spark on any cylinder any help would be appreciated. I was wondering if maybe a kill switch problem. I was just given the boat a 1983 dusky that has been sitting for the last 6 years. I dont see a kill switch anywhere on the boat. What colors are the kill wires? Could something go bad after 6 years of sitting associated with the spark Carbs have been rebuilt Thanks again

unplug means of control to see if kill switch is bad

check
stator output and power back out put

The kill wire is black w/yellow stripe.
That new of a motor will surely have a safety lanyard and if you don't see a separate kill switch I suspect its incorporated into the key switch. The safety clip goes on where the key goes in.

sorry typo on the year the motor is a 1991 not a 1997
