1997 fisher hawk 181

Can anyone comment on the quality of the fisher hawk line from 1997 - the boat looks good - but this is not a name i am familiar with.

I have seen a few post about the post tracker fishers have weld problems.

I heard they were bought out by tracker around 97 or so - I think the one I am looking at might be from the previous company before tracker.

Last Fall I bought 14x48 94 model and haven't taken it out yet. Looks well built to me. The transoms were clad at least as far back as 94.

Tracker does own the line now. I don't know if there is any current production or plans to do so.

I never read anything bad about the older boats.
