1998 150 hp merc off shore water leak

hi, my name is bill and i think i have a problem. was running my motor in the barrel and was just checking things out when i noticed water leaking out of what looked like the the gasket for the head under the bottom cyc left side but it was not ,it was comeing from the next gasket down. one of the bolts was loose so i wrenched it down tite and that slowed it down but still seeping out. as you can see i don't really know what i am talking about so any help would sure help some. is this a big job do i need to do anything about it . motot runs fine.

i think i might be talking about the power head base gasket. would water be able to seep out of it and if water is getting out does that mean water is getting in the power head? plugs all look the same no water on them no steam clean in fact there is a oily res on them. motot run fine but want to catch anything befor it gets bad,
