1998 25h siezed up What do I do??

This motor is turning into a huge nightmare... Just yesterday my mechanic said my power pack was bad because it would run perfect for about 25-35 min then die so I replaced that today($350). Went out fishing tonight and after being on a plane for approx 30 seconds i heard a funny squeeking/slight grind and it died. my compression before this happened was 92 112 110. The mechanic said cyl #1 prob had a stuck ring and that I should spray a good bit of power tune into it before each outing to possibly free it up. One other thing I noticed when I removed the cover cyl #1 spark plug was a bit loose could this have caused the engine to seize? What are my options? Will it need a complete rebuild if so how much would somthing like that cost? Thanks in advance.

It was peeing just before it happened. The motor felt cool.

You gotta take off the cylinder head and see what it looks like. If nothing seems wrong, then maybe it's in the lower end. Dropping the lower unit is not a big deal.
