1998 3000 Martinique, Wiper Motor Access

Anyone know how to access the windshield wiper motor on the 3000 Mart. Appears that helm can be pull out?

Not sure why this forum is soo stale? I'll post my findings as I'm determine to fix my wiper without removing the headliner if possible.

Need someone instructions on how to get to my wiper motor...surely most martiniques have similar access.

Need someone with a 3000 martinique to provide insight getting to and replacing the wiper motor.
