1998 Force by Mercury 40/50

I'm currently looking at the diagrams, and am I missing something or is the only diffrence between the the 40hp and the 50hp the carb? Welcome to iboats.<br /><br />I believe the Force 40/50 is the only motor that this will work on, without additional part changes or modifications.<br />I do think there is also a difference in the top rpm level between the two.
