1998 Johnson 115

Hey gang need some help. I am building a deck boat and need a top mount shifter with key and kill in the control box. I find used ones but all of them are 1995 and older so the harness plugs are different. Is the adapter worth buying and making the conversion. I have heard pros and cons. Or does anyone have one for sale?

get the adapter..they are available..google it.

The adapter will work just fine. That's why OMC built them for cases like yours.

Use 176349 if not using system check guage or 176345 if you are....
