Looking for a little help on replacing the impeller on my 1998 Yahama 25 hp 2 cycle. Actually, I was successful in changing the impeller but I'm having a hard time getting the lower unit back on and having the gears line up correctly. No matter how I try, I can't get the gears to line up in neutral. I hear a clicking noise when I turn the prop while in neutral. I reconnected the linkage. Any suggestion to what I'm doing wrong?
