1999 115 Ficht Starts and revs to full throttle, immediately

I have a 115 Ficht. When I start it it goes to full throttle immediately. Handle is in neutral, and butterflies are closed. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO?

Only way it can rev is if fuel is increased to cylinder/s. Check the TPI sensor as they are prone to break (service bulletin) or diaphram bad in lift pump

That motor did have problems with the lift pump diaphrams.
