1999 4 stroke alarm going off, replaced sensor, have oil pressure and flow

OG 864486 40 2000 4stroke carbs: Alarm sounds, have over 20psi oil and if I could pee that hard I wouldn't need flo-max. Replaced sensor, alarm sounds 5 minutes after running. Alarm is only for oil/heat? Ideas?
