9.9 hard to start bought from talon marine in orlando he said it ran good put on my boat would run out of fuel, had a tear in fuel pump diaphram. replaced that and cleaned carb new plugs and wires still starts hard. missing upon acceleration and will not run on new plugs they are ngk 15 heat range so i put old plugs back in ngk 10 and will run but misses upon acceleration need help any ideas thanks jedi and by the way where i bought it from called him about it the next day and talon told me he would have to charge me to get it right.
