1999 90 hp force tilt/trim stuck need help

my tilt an trim is stuck in the down position the trim motor runs but wont raise the engine up and i cant find a pressure relief to lift the motor manually to get to the trim motor or the fill hole any help how do i get this motor up????? i have tried to lift the motor myself no luck any help thanks before hand

Located on the base of the motor/pump housing.

there is not a manual release on the 1990. the pump and motor should be mounted on outside of transom clamp and can be accessed by walking behind boat and look on your right hand side of engine.

1995 and later would have a large nylon release screw per roscoe's link

putting fluid in it won't solve anything. trim is an airtight system. It can't run low on fluid until AFTER it is already broken.

this is a 99 and it wont come up motor runs but wont come up and since the trim unit is not on the side i cant release the pressure on the system any other thought ive pull to high heaven and cant get it to budge
