1999 erude 150 ficht over rev in neutral

in neutral this thing is screaming!!! ,
its not the TPS, nor is it the fuel pump diaphram and the plugs have been indexed!
any other ideas?

Only thing that will make a DI motor rev is fuel...so lift pump or injectors leaking.
