1999 Johnson 130hp unidentified connector plug?

I've been under my console tying up loose wires and found this connector (see picture), don't know what it's use is or where it connects too?

Any ideas?

Ive seen warning horns that look like that

Not a possibility...it is a fact. It truly is the warning horn. Those holes are for sound to emanate.

At least this issue is resolved and now I can check it off of my things TODO list.

For sure...the horn.
BUT....does it work?
If not, move the task of getting it working to the top of your todo list.
The engine will have to be running in order to test it properly.
Just turning the key to ON and performing the tests will not do the trick.
