Well not sure if I found it or not. There was a ground wire on the back of the power pack that had the shielding slightly melted. When I moved it around I would get the spark back. It ran for quite a while the it stalled once and then I could tell the battery was getting low. Have it on the charger now. Hopefully in the morning I can go out and see what happens with a charged battery and a repaired wire.
