1999 johnson 50 on center console boat controls are on left side how can I change

I have a little 16 foot center console, the control box is on the left hand side of the console,which is backwards from me. What do I need to search for to find a control box that will allow me to control with my right hand.It doesnt look like the handle can be swaped.Thanks

Post a couple of pics of it. Good chance it can be swapped as most of them are.
