1999 Mercury 200 EFI been sitting up 2 years

If it cranks up, will only do so using throttle, once throttled down, will die & will not crank till sits for a while.

Suggest check compression first, and if within range, get into the fuel system

Check compression and spark, clean VST tank, replace filters,replace mechanical fuel pump diaphragm,drain main tank and fuel lines, pull injectors and send to Brucato to have cleaned and balanced.
