I Got A 1999 Mercury 2 Stroke 75 Horse. I'v Put In Two Sets Of Carb Kits In Two Years Now, It Ran Good Last Year But Now This Year It Wont Run With Out The High Idel Up. The Second You Put It Down It Kills Out But If You Pump The Ball Hard Pull Off The Gas Line It Runs Like New Any One Have Any Advice For Me
